Processing

We offer our beef in bundles and individual cuts. This allows flexibility in how you purchase your food.  We will also be offering subscriptions for bundles which will allow you to lock in your month to month purchase.

Our meat is processed by Harris Country Meats here in Greeneville, TN. They are highly reputable and stay booked up months in advance. The meat is vacuum sealed in plastic after cutting and quick frozen to preserve flavor. As long as the package remains sealed and frozen, the meat can be kept for over a year without loss of quality.

We try to make getting your meat as easy as possible. You can pick it up or we can bring it to you. We offer central point delivery to Greeneville, Kingsport and Johnson City on certain days of each month. If you spend at least $50 with us, there is no charge for this. Delivery to other cities can be arranged for larger orders or for a fee depending on distance.
